Each SmartLife mattress comes with a 25 year warranty. During the first four (4) warranty years, any covered repairs or replacement parts will be at no cost to you.

To speak to a live SmartLife Expert, call the number between the hours of 7 am - 4 pm MSTThe iMotion SmartLife adjustable bases come with a 20 year limited warranty. This adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. During years 4 through 20, the manufacturer will offer mechanical replacement parts for any mechanical base part to be found defective at 1/16 of the current replacement parts multiplied by the number of years from the original purchase date.
